| Five weeks ago I returned back to work after two and a half years of "hell" which resulted from workplace bullying.
Again I am seeing the negative effects of organisational stress on workers.
This is why I started to search the WEB It is just crazy what is happening in the workplace today.
People have become "slaves" once again.
I am now committed to influence my systems to address the issues of workplace stress seriously and genuinely, while at the same time looking after myself and my sanity.
I am hoping to find your site resorseful and helpful in my endaevours. |

| A really helpful site.
I've been addicted to Tim Fields site for a while but in looking for variety was excited to find this one.
When my current troubles are sorted enough to allow me, I would like to be involved more with the members who run this and to further the support available to those who need it.
Any chance of info on unions who are proving to be inneffective and actually hindering a positive resolution for the targets of bullying and stress, especially teacher unions? |

| I am suffering from PTSD after a accident in a mine shaft,but I am finding it hard to get my pension, as the medical adviser for the pension thinks that I fit for work (under supervision),because I am suffering from a mental disorder and not a physical one he thinks it is ok for me to go back, but I feel that this would give me more stress. |

| A very good point that, Mary! I hadn't spotted it, in fact, but it must be a bug in the PERL script that is used in this CGI guest book. It is a freebee package and not supported by our hosts, so there's not a lot I can do about it. Webbo PS I can't do anything about the spelling either! |

| I was directed to the site by the link in the TUC Risks newsletter issue 32. Briefly scanning through the site it looks to be very timely as the European Week for Safety & Health at Work 2002 will concentrate on stress as its theme.
I will mark this as one of my must have sites and will look forward to delving into the information.
By the way, thanks for mentioning the Institute of Management.
