Useful contacts

Please note that the Network does not offer stress counselling. However, on this page and on our links page you can find organisations which may be able to help you if you are suffering from stress although we cannot take any responsibility for advice, courses or products that they may offer.

We can assure you, however, that they are well known and respected in their particular fields and we have selected them with care.
