OrganisationHealth
The Centre for OrganisationHealth was founded in response to the proven urgent need for primary prevention of stress in the workplace. Research into stress management in the workplace indicates that symptoms can be temporarily relieved, but without transformation of the workplace culture through delivery of effective manager behaviours, the stressed employee becomes demotivated, ineffective, careless and then takes sick leave and ultimately quits his employment.

We have been contacted by Samantha Higham of Safeworkers.co.uk, she writes..
"We have created a public interest website at www.safeworkers.co.uk focused on workplace safety, which I thought may be of interest to your visitors.
We don't make any profit from the site but we'd like to spread the word and get the information out to as many people as possible
Your webmaster has had a look, and it contains really useful information to complement our own site.
