ACAS booklet on Stress at Work

As always, it is a model of good practice, very readable and has useful worked examples. It will be used in civil claims as evidence of the standard of reasonable care, as well as in tribunals as evidence of what may constitute a reasonable adjustment in DDA cases.

Bullying and other Helplines

Tim Field, who has written about bullying, based on his own experiences, runs a help line for those who have suffered, or are suffering bullying at work. At the time of writing, news has just reached us that Tim Field died on 15th January 2006. We are not yet aware of any arrangements to continue his work.
